You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party in the event that we exercise our right to modify, change or discontinue the Site.

3.2 You may be asked to provide certain additional information, including your company’s name and your company’s website and the nature of your interest in the Services (all such information collectively, your “Information”).

3.4 If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect such, we reserve the right to terminate your access to the Site.
